Mr. Feynman LIANG, patent & trademark attorney of Innotrack, gave a presentation at a concurrent section of China Intellectual Property Forum 2019 held on July 6-7 in Beijing. The conference was attended by hundreds of thought leaders, government officials, attorneys, in-house counsels, scholars and entrepreneurs.

Titled "Hot Legal Issues under The US-China Trade War", the concurrent section included discussions regarding law development and enforcement of antitrust in the U.S., IP concerns and strategies in the U.S. and law and practices of big data protection.

Hosted by Mr. Jiewen SHENG who is a famous scholar in antitrust field and a professor of Law Peking University Law School together with Mr. Yongqing HONG, who is the former Deputy Director of Shanghai IP Office and former Counselor of Chinese Consulate General in Toronto, the speakers shareed their insight and latest development of hot legal issues in both jurisdictions and US-China Trade War from perspectives of diplomacy, international law and Antitrust law and IP law.
