To improve the level of intellectual property management and patent quality of relevant scientific research institutions in agriculture and promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences held a "Training Course on Scientific and Technological Achievement Transformation and Patent Value Analysis" in Beijing on October 26th, 2015. Ministry of Agriculture Science and Technology Education Division Director Ke Tang, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences Vice President Hanzhong Wang attended and spoke during the course. The training course was chaired by Longjiang Yuan, Director of the Results Transformation Bureau. 51 national agricultural science and technology innovation alliance member units from 20 provinces and autonomous regions, and the innovation team chief of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, nearly 300 people attended the training course.
Mr. Wang Haoran, Founding Partner and Patent attorney of Innotrack Intellectual Property Law Firm, presented on the impact of patent quality on the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in the light of the cases of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences.
Participants expressed that the training course was very productive. It is concerned about the relevant and difficult issues.
